The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Sri Lankan flavour, the portion sizes were very generous and you can truly feel the home-style Sri Lankan flavour. The customer service was excellent .A special appreciation to all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the Sri Lankan lady at the cashier, who was extremely kind, polite, and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant.Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty food and warm, friendly service. Will definitely visit again!Posted on Razvan DanailaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience today with them. We tried a few things (Mutton Roll, Fish Cutlet, Fish Bun, Devil Paneer, Chicken Biriani, Koththu Rotti). Everything was delicious and definitely I will visit again when I will be in the area. (I don’t live close and they were recommended by friends). Lovely staff and 10/10 for the food. Thank youPosted on AyeshaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I come here frequently for either biriyani or dosa or vada and it’s really good!!! I think the attention to detail on the takeout packaging is also super cute and well done. The staff are also super nice. Highly recommended :)Posted on Lakshika MeththasenaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I stayed in the Bedford area for two weeks for work and tried several of their different dishes, including their koththu, string hoppers with various curries, and the fried rice. Every dish was excellent. If you are looking for truly authentic Sri Lankan dishes with an incredible depth of flavor and just the right amount of spiciness not just dishes that are spicy for the sake of it then this is absolutely the place to go! They clearly have a highly skillful chef who knows exactly what he is doing in the kitchen. Highly, highly recommended!Posted on Kithushan ChandrakumarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic food , whoever wants to try srilankan food i would highly recommend this place !Posted on ashok sTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ordered through Deliveroo. The best Srilankan Cuisine in bedford. I have always craved kothu roti wh8ch was bever possible in bedford. But Pepper Ceylon not only made it possible but they are offering it such a great quality. Keep it up. We ordered huge number of mutton rolls for Diwali, it was realky delicious. Please keep up the consistency. Let's say, if I order the kothu roti and mutton rolls next time and if it doesn't match my previous experience, I might think twice to order again. Consistency is the key.Posted on Kamal MiahTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Placed an for the first time on the 16th August, I must say when the food arrived it appeared dry and was luke warm, upon tasting the food, it was tasteless and dry and the worst biryani we’ve ever had from a establishment that specialises in biryani. After trying the food we were all disappointed therefore we did not eat anymore and contacted the outlet to discuss our dismay, all was positive and was told to contact Just-eat for a refund, just-eat replied and said they can’t refund for something that we didn’t enjoy because of taste. We contacted the outlet and was offered a full refund on confirmation from just-eat that they hadn’t given us a refund, after numerous calls week after week Vass the manger now changed his mind and now offered half price until he hears from Just-eat, we said we would wait for their response, today I called on the 7th October and Vass has yet again changed his mind and offered a small discount! I would avoid this place at all costs and just order from an Indian restaurant as it’s obvious they don’t know how to make authentic biryani and need to improve on their customer service.Posted on Ashutosh RanaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
